I am going to explore Internet surveillance in its many forms and the positive and negative effects it can have on our daily lives. There are many different opinions on Internet surveillance and it will be interesting to compare them. I will also explore target marketing and cookies and their relevance to Internet surveillance.
Internet surveillance is a very good common issue. Fist off, its really good to have surveillance to detect "bad people" from doing hard, terrorists, criminals etc. On the other hand, having someone have access to your personal information and that can be watching you at any given moment is very freaky. I think this is a very interesting topic to discuss.
ReplyDeleteInternet surveillance is an interesting topic, it has relevance to today because everything we do on the internet is tracked and recorded. I much like most of the world am an avid Amazon user. When I am shopping I will add an item to the my shopping cart and sometimes ill think that maybe ill buy it later. Then ill go to a totally different website or on Instagram and that same item I have in my shopping cart, that has yet to be officially purchased is popping up on the sidebar or my news feed.
